Do you take a commission on properties to be rented?
We only charge to advertise your house.  Our fee is a one off payment and we do not make any further additional charges nor do we take commissions for rental properties.

How much should I charge?
That all depends on three major factors:

• Number of bedrooms and bathrooms
• The distance of your property from the Celtic Manor Resort Newport
• The facilities you are able to provide.  For example if you have a property with a helicopter landing pad, a swimming pool, a home gym and a superb collection of audio visual equipment in the property you can charge a higher price than a property with the same number of bedrooms but without the five star extras!

 
Most property owners charge around £100 per night per person.  The price should go up the closer you are to the Celtic Manor Resort Newport and the better the facilities you have. Due to the numbers of visitors expected this would be unlikely but it may be that you have to reduce your price to attract more people.
