Lounge has a 40 inch LCD TV on the wall with Sky+ and Playstation, plus a sofa bed if required.

The flat is an open plan design with a lounge/diner, fully fitted galley kitchen, with oven/hob, microwave and washing machine. The family bathroom comprises a bath and overhead shower and toilet.

There is a lift up to the top floor flat which has its own entrance.
The accommodation will easily sleep 6, ideal for a family or group.

To secure this property for the Ryder Cup Newport 2010, a non-refundable deposit of £2500 is required at the time of booking. The balance of £7500 will be due at the end of July 2010.

A Bond of £1500 to cover loss or damage to the property will be required to be paid in addition to the rental. This will be repaid in full or in part on departure.
