Troydene, Beech Road is a 1930’s large brick house with far reaching views to the Kymin and to the lovely Wye Valley, the river being just a short walk away.
The house has a large lounge, dining room, conservatory, kitchen and laundry room. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.
The front bedroom is fully furnished with twin beds; bedroom 2 is also fully furnished with a single bed and access to a balcony over looking the garden.
Flat screen Television and internet access.
There is ample parking space.
The medieval town of Monmouth is 5 minutes walk away with a variety of shops, including a Marks & Spencer’s and Waitrose, restaurants and pubs.
It was in Monmouth that Henry V was born in the castle and the famous Geoffrey of Monmouth 1100 to 1156 was born in the town and there is a window, “ known as ‘Geoffrey’s Window’ where he is said to have sat and written his famous works” in the Priory Church to commemorate him.
Around the town is evidence of Roman and Norman architecture. The bridge over the river Monnow is 11th Century and the nearby church has a rare Norman Arch.
Troydene is 18miles to the Celtic Manor along the A449 dual carriageway.
