The peaceful market town of Usk is only 10 minutes drive from the Celtic Manor and only a few minutes from the proposed ‘Park and Ride’ scheme for the Ryder cup.
Llyn Y Coed is a three minute stroll along the river from the town which offers a wide range of pubs, restaurants and cafes with small, well stocked grocery stores.
Our semi detached property has been tastefully decorated throughout and has 200 feet of mature garden climbing up to the fields behind with stunning views across open farm land and plenty of places to relax in chairs or hammocks.
The house comprises of a through lounge/dining room with large, comfortable sofas and a dining table and chairs for 6 people. The lounge has digital TV, stereo.
The kitchen is equipped with conventional and microwave oven, grill, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer along with all the facilities you would expect in a modern kitchen.
