Four Oaks Barn provides substantial accommodation for 6-8 people. The property is approached by a private driveway to just 4 similar properties. Set in extensive grounds of 7 acres of paddocks and landscaped gardens. There are well maintained timber stables and outbuildings. Four Oaks enjoys unsurpassed views of the Usk Valley from the delightful rear garden and barbecue area. The accommodation boasts a contemporary, high quality finish, comprised as follows:-
Entrance hall/boot room, flagstone floor throughout.
Shower room/laundry (washing machine & tumble dryer etc)

Kitchen. Large fully equipped farmhouse kitchen with flagstone flooring. Includes dishwasher, range cooker, large fridge freezer, digital radio, flat screen television.
Dining Hall. Natural Cotswold stone floor. Oak dining table to seat 8, easy chairs, open log burning fire, Home PC with wireless Broadband, digital stereo system
Study/Games Room. Piano, digital television with PS2& Wii games consuls, table football/table tennis and numerous games for garden and indoor use.
Sitting room. This is a cosy room surrounded by well stocked book shelves and a large corner sofa and oak flooring/rugs. LCD television and DVD, open log burning fire.
Double bedroom with glazed door leading to large garden patio with barbecue, patio tables and chairs and heater. The bedroom has oak flooring and large dressing room off.
First Floor (carpeted throughout)
Sitting room with plasma screen/satellite TV/home cinema system. 2 large leather sofas (one converts to double bed for 10% supplement per person) and large arm chair. Door leading to outside stone steps. This is a very light airy room with window elevations to 3 sides.
4 further single bedrooms all with wardrobes & chests, one with en-suite bath/shower room.

The local pub, The Wheatsheaf, is a short walk along a public footpath and there are beautiful woodland walks from the door step. The historic town of Caerleon with shops, restaurants is approx.0.5 miles away and the market town of Usk can be found c.6 miles to the north.
Other features. There is a small quad bike and 3 horses (1 horse and 1 pony and 1 Shetland pony available for use for competent persons (by prior agreement).
Booking Fees:-
Week 1.
6 persons = £8400. A supplement of 10 %( £840) per person is payable for any additional persons up to max.of 8 persons in total.
Week 2
50% of the charge applied in week 1
25% non refundable deposit required upon confirmation of booking. Full payment to be received by 30 July 2010.
