Property Description:

Stay for the duration of the Ryder Cup and beyond in one of the beautifully converted holiday properties on the Dingestow Court Estate. Dingestow Court has been the home of the Bosanquet family for more than 200 years, and the house and its associated buildings form a very attractive group set in beautiful countryside. The 2 available properties face each other across the attractive stable yard which offers ample off-road parking. They both have access to the 7 acres of garden with hard tennis court, and the 3 acre lake with dinghy.
Dingestow Court is only a 5 minute drive away from the Park and Ride service at Raglan or alternatively an easy 18mile drive direct to the Ryder Cup course.
Although Dingestow itself is situated in tranquil countryside, the nearby town of Monmouth offers numerous sight-seeing opportunities with a range of pubs and restaurants.
Broadband access is available in both properties.

Stable Court
This apartment which sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms, is at first floor level, reached by an attractive covered stairway. The enormous open plan sitting room with oak beams has a wood-burning stove (logs provided) to supplement the full central heating. The dining area leads off the well equipped kitchen.
2 bedrooms (one double and one twin) are at this level, with a bathroom with over-bath shower, while the third bedroom is accessed by stairs off the dining area; this has its own toilet and basin.

Booking Fees:- £5,000 for each property.
