It is the ultimate peaceful retreat to escape the stress of modern day living but still be in easy reach of recreational activities, photographic opportunities and the chance to explore breathtaking countryside either on foot or by car.
Set in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the region is also steeped in history both locally and further afield, with the Cathedral Cities of Hereford, Gloucester and Worcester, all within an hour's drive.
The surrounding countryside, including the Forest of Dean, Symonds Yat and Monmouth also provide further picturesque areas for exploration. The attractive market town of Ross-on-Wye is some ten minutes drive away. The Village Shop and Public House at Goodrich are within easy waking distance with a further Public House at Kerne Bridge being even closer
