All Advertisers and Users must agree to the following terms and conditions to use this website, fairwayaccommodation.com  These terms and conditions may be revised and updated periodically and users of Fairwayaccommodation.com are responsible for reviewing the most recent online published version.

Copyright

Copyright of the text you submit for display, either electronically or as a hand written or printed copy, to describe and illustrate your wish to rent out your property is owned by you. Any images you provide for display on the website must be either owned by you or you must be able to produce written permission from the owner of the image. 

The copyright of any image supplied for display remains the responsibility of the advertiser and not A&S Events, who accept no responsibility for breach of copyright.  However, when you submit text or images in any of the forms described above, you expressly grant A&S Events a perpetual, unlimited free license to re-publish that text on our site and to redistribute, make available or sell that text in print or electronic form anywhere in the world as part of an edited compilation or otherwise.
 
Rental Agreements

Any rental arrangements of properties displayed on fairwayaccommodation.com must be made directly between the Property Owner or their Authorised Agent and the Enquirer and not through A&S Events.  The contact details of the Property Owners or their Authorised Agent are clearly shown with the property they wish to let and all Enquirers must deal directly and exclusively with the Property Owner or Authorised Agent.  A&S Events is not a Letting Agent and nor do A&S Events offer a lettings service. 

When renting a property via fairwayaccommodation.com, either directly or indirectly, you are entering into an agreement with the Property Owner or their Authorised Agent and the terms set out by them. Property and rental details, descriptions and images are supplied to us by advertisers and A&S Events cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies in the information and images submitted to fairwayaccommodation.com

Some images may be scaled, sometimes disproportionately, to maintain consistency with the appearance of the website. A&S Events provide this service in good faith but cannot warrant the completeness, truth or accuracy of the information or any other content found on the website or their usefulness for any particular purpose.  A&S Events will have no involvement and cannot be held responsible for any renting or hire arrangements made between any third parties.

Advertisers (Property Owners or their Authorised Agent)

By posting details of property to let on Fairwayaccommodation.com you are directly or indirectly agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

• You agree that we cannot be held liable for any damage, loss of property, theft or any incident which may occur from you renting your property via the website fairwayaccommodation.com

• A&S Events will have no involvement and cannot be held responsible for any renting arrangements made between you, the Property Owner or Authorised Agent, and any third party.
  
  
• You agree to post your details at your own risk and accept full responsibility for any situation or incident that may occur from posting your details on the fairwayaccommodation.com website.

• Whilst A&S Events endeavour to provide a quality advertising service to Property Owners or their Authorised Agents and promote the properties listed we cannot guarantee the sale or lease of any property listed.

• Advertisements submitted should not include any inappropriate content. A&S Events reserve the right to modify or reject any, or all, submitted text or images. A&S reserve the right not to justify their reasons for editing or refusing inappropriate content.  At all times the decision to accept or decline publication remains with A&S Events.

• The advertising of competitive services including, but not limited to, links to competitor websites is strictly prohibited. Linked images and text to websites directly associated with your accommodation may be allowed at the discretion of A&S Events. Similarly we reserve the right to decline to accept and/or remove any website hyperlinks contained within a listing.

Service

All websites published on the internet can occasionally experience technical problems, ‘crashes’ and temporary or permanent down time. A&S events are committed to maintaining a consistent online presence, but cannot and do not guarantee a continuous and uninterrupted service or that the site will be free from viruses or other harmful properties. It is your responsibility to implement satisfactory safeguards and procedures to make sure any files you obtain through our site are free from such contaminations or other harmful properties.  A&S Events reserve the right to terminate or cease the services offered by Fairwayaccommodation.com and access to this website temporarily or permanently at any time without prior notice.

A&S Events expressly forbids the harvest, or other forms of collection, or use of information about individuals representing themselves on this website, including e-mail addresses, without their explicit consent.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless us, our directors, officers, employees and licensors from and against any claim, liability, cost, damage or loss we may incur (including reasonable legal fees) as a result of any material that you post on Fairwayaccommodation.com or any actions you take which disrupt access to the functioning of our website or any breach by you of your obligations under these Terms.

This website is owned and managed by A&S Events. Our company and website are not associated with, affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or connected in any way with any of the trademark owners mentioned on this website including: Ryder Cup, a registered trademark of Ryder Cup LLC.  All content on the website is copyright 2010 fairwayaccommodation.com

Acceptance
Should you be unwilling to agree to these terms A&S Events regret they are unable to accept your application to advertise your property.  Following successful submission and online publication we advise you that if, at any time, you wish to revise or remove your property please contact us. Payments for advertising on fairwayaccomodation.com cannot and will not be refunded. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
